The Deadman’s Carnival

I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it but I’m currently working with the Milwaukee-based vaudevillian-magic-burleque-sideshow group known as The Deadman’s Carnival doing their live sound and audio recording.  I have to say it’s not only one of the most demanding gigs I’ve had but probably the most rewarding, and I’m very happy to be working with them on their future endeavors.

You can check them out here:  The Deadman’s Carnival on Facebook

If you’re in the Milwaukee area on March 30th, they’ll be performing at the Turner Hall Ballroom for their season opener, with new local shows the first weekend of every month after.  Tickets for Turner Hall are $15 at the door, but you can get them pre-sale for just $10.  Hope to see you there.

Snackbar Games Podcast!

I wrote the theme music for these guys.  Great podcast, great people, great topics, great site.  I’ll be helping them out with some A/V work at PAX East 2012 as well!

Ludum Dare 21 Jam!

A few friends and I ended up doing a Jam submission and we did pretty well with it (21st Overall).  I did all of the audio for the game, and I’d post the music here but you should probably just play the game - it’s incredibly short and takes about three minutes per character to complete due to technical difficulties during the creation process.

Windows only, sorry Mac users!

This song is called “The Uwe Boll Show Theme”, written for an Uwe Boll parody sketch my friend did for Console Alliance’s “Downloadable Content”.  They only used it once; unfortunately he retired the sketch shortly afterwards.  Personally I thought it was the best sketch on the whole show.

Something from a while ago.  I wrote it back in 2009 and it just took us a year and a half to record and release it.  If you like it, you can buy it here.
